He joins from Alpha Financial Markets Consulting where he worked for 10 years to help it grow from a start-up to the world’s largest dedicated investment management consultancy. Prior to Alpha, Andrew worked at Accenture. During his time as a consultant, he has lived and worked in the UK, France and USA and has also worked extensively across Europe.

Robert founded Ubiqutek in 2012 and leads our product and technology development. He joins from QinetiQ where he spent 10 years as a systems engineer. He holds an MBA from Birmingham University and is a former Chairman of the Institute of Engineering and Technology in Birmingham.

Stephen is Commercial Director and joins us having held the position of UK & Ireland Sales Manager for Dunlop Protective Footwear where he worked closely with customers in the Agriculture and Retail sectors. During his career, he gained a wealth of experience in both Sales & Marketing roles, helping to transform businesses for market leading companies such as General Electric, Philips Electronics & Honeywell.

James is Head of Projects. He joins us from Vax where he held the role of Head of New Product Development. He brings over 20 years of experience in consumer products and medical devices and expertise in product development, project management, team leadership and lean systems.

David is Principal Engineer. David is a Chartered Engineer with thirty years of experience in power supply design and manufacture in a variety of industries from very high volume commercial to military.

Trevor is our Sales and Aftersales manager. For the past 9 years, Trev has managed his own grounds maintenance company, specialising in JKW and other invasive weeds. He has always been involved with land management having been a farmer’s son, tree surgeon and landscape gardener.

Stefanie joins us from Fisher & Paykel Healthcare in New Zealand where she has worked in both engineering and management roles in the development of medical devices. She brings over 8 years’ experience of successful project delivery in a highly regulated environment. Stefanie will be working closely with our partners to ensure the successful implementation and optimisation of our technology in their products.

Yegi Bonyadi

Yegi Bonyadi

Power Engineer

Yegi joins the company from Warwick University where she has worked as a research assistant on Innovate UK and Underpinning Power electronics projects funded by EPSRC (Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council) Centre for Power Electronics. Her interest is in power electronics, power semiconductor devices, inverter and converter design in which she has done in depth research on fabrication and characterisation of high voltage SiC power devices during her PhD at Warwick University.

Mike has over 35 years of experience of electrical weed control having led research throughout his career at Sheffield University. He has published numerous papers and is renowned as the leading expert across Europe. Mike also held directorships at a variety of technology companies specialising in pioneering applications of electricity. He was Chief Lecturer for the Institute of Electrical Engineers’ Faraday lectures in 1996.

A chartered accountant who qualified with Deloitte, Harry spent 17 years in the automotive industry in senior roles throughout the world, including Managing Director of Land Rover. Harry was then Group Managing Director of Brintons Limited for 7 years.

He is an experienced Chairman and NED and has undertaken M&A activity and strategic partnerships in many markets throughout the world.

Previously Paul was CEO of ABP Food Group, one of Europe’s largest privately owned agri businesses, which had a turnover of USD 3bn and employed 10,000 people in 42 production facilities around Europe in beef, lamb, convenience foods, pet food and renewable energy. ABP was a leading player in sustainability leadership and the first food business in Europe to achieve triple accreditation from the independent UK Carbon Trust for its activities in addressing carbon, water, and waste footprint reduction programs.

Prior to joining ABP Paul was a partner with KPMG Corporate Finance in Ireland, where he was responsible for leading the firm’s advisory offering in financing to government, industry and real estate clients.
